55ase Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "55ase" / "the Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 55ase online gaming platform, its operators, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliated service providers.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 55ase platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered player account created on the 55ase platform, through which the player accesses games, deposits funds, and requests withdrawals.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a player's 55ase account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a player's account under a specific promotional offer, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds checks required under the platform's licensing obligations.
• "Services" — all products, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and account management tools available on the 55ase platform.

By accessing the 55ase platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 55ase. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the 55ase platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 55ase strictly enforces this age threshold and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in a personal capacity — not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 55ase or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of 55ase or any of its technology, game content, or payment processing partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of your jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the 55ase platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change after registration.

55ase reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and following any material change to account activity. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or bank statement)
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by our licensing obligations

Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe — or the provision of fraudulent, altered, or misleading documents — will result in account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.

55ase accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, game stakes, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer, processing times may vary
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer, processing times may vary
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer, processing times may vary

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. 55ase reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account not registered in the player's own name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where technically possible, or may result in account suspension.

55ase does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 55ase accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified players whose KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, where operationally possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the account dashboard at the time of request.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full before real-money withdrawal is permitted.
• 55ase reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within one to three business days. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• 55ase reserves the right to limit the frequency and amount of withdrawals in cases where unusual account activity is identified pending investigation.

55ase offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins on selected slot titles. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a verified 55ase account in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is expressly described as recurring (e.g., weekly reload). Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts, multiple devices, or shared household addresses may result in forfeiture and account review.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game list, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), time limit, and maximum bet size per round while a bonus is active will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to comply with the maximum bet restriction while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• 55ase reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of 55ase management shall be final and binding.

All bets placed on the 55ase platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, cricket markets, or other sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is deemed accepted only when a confirmation reference is displayed within the platform interface. In the event of a technical interruption prior to confirmation, the bet is considered void and any deducted stake will be reinstated.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 55ase reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits without prior notice.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at the discretion of the 55ase trading team. Odds displayed during live betting are indicative and may be revised before confirmation.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered from its original format, 55ase reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Sport-specific rules may deviate from this general rule and will be published in the relevant sport rules section.
• 55ase reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any transaction where a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game outcome has occurred due to a technical error, data feed fault, or human input error. Players will be notified of voided bets by account notification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55ase platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where required, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical faults in games or betting markets for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or live dealer games
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity in breach of applicable anti-money-laundering regulations
• Depositing funds from sources that are not legally owned by you
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 55ase staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the 55ase platform or its content

55ase is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all products and player segments. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible directly from within the account dashboard at any time.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive automated in-platform notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits — cap your net losses over a defined period to a PKR amount of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours and up to 90 days. During a cooling-off period, no deposits or bets may be placed and no promotional materials will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 55ase platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. Self-excluded players will not receive any marketing communications and will be prevented from creating new accounts.

All content on the 55ase platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of 55ase or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from 55ase
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content
• Use any 55ase trademark, trade name, or logo in any manner without express written authorisation
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application

Any unauthorised use of 55ase intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate termination of your account and licence to use the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55ase shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events
• Errors in game outcomes or odds resulting from third-party data feed failures
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any actions taken by 55ase in good-faith compliance with its licensing obligations, anti-money-laundering duties, or responsible gaming commitments

55ase does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform integrity, we recommend that players use current, reputable antivirus software and keep their devices up to date.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 55ase is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.

By registering on 55ase, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including its use for KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming interventions, and — where you have opted in — personalised marketing communications.

55ase will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed KYC providers, payment processors, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement where required by law or our licensing obligations.

55ase reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where operationally feasible. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be applied without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated. Your continued use of the 55ase platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55ase holds its international gaming license. By using the platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and 55ase, we strongly encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly at this stage. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute may be escalated to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in the platform's licensing framework.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
